Lighting this beautiful Victorian theatre to stage the Semele operatic production was a challenging project. The historic building had a number of rigging limitations and there was a lack of in-house lanterns. I was able to light both the performers on stage and baroque orchestra by incorporating additional hire equipment into my lighting design. The Isleworth Baroque Company were more than pleased with the final result.
