There is some more optimistic news following the submission of the proposed exemptions to the upcoming EU Ecodesign and EcoLabelling regulations.  Following the critical meeting of the Entertainment Industry (PEARLE) and DG Energy, in Brussels, attended by several ALD representatives, funded by the ALD, it was agreed that proposals for exemptions could be made.  Those proposals were submitted and a response received from DG Energy on 16th July.
