PRG is proud to once again be supporting U2 on its iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE tour with lighting and video solutions. PRG and PRG Nocturne areproviding cutting-edge lighting and video solutions along with crews for this tour. We are pleased to be working closelywith the creative team of Willie Williams, Es Devlin, Ric Lipson, Stefaan ‘Smasher’ Desmedt and Sam Pattinson, and production manager Jake Berry and his team.

This tour marks the continuation of PRG and PRG Nocturne’s ongoing collaboration on creative solutions with Williams, Devlin, Lipson, Desmedt and Berry that we have enjoyed over a number of years and projects.

PRG has been working closely with Williams on the development of new technology for the tour including the new, brighter PRG Best Boy HP Spots that raises the lumen output from 20K to 33K lumens; PRG Best Boy Wash luminaires; and the PRG Bad Boy HP luminaires paired with the PRG Followspot Controller for a brighter, and manually controllable Bad Boy that serve as the followspots for the show.

On the video side, PRG Nocturne is supplying two very large arrays of its cutting-edge highly transparent V-Thru LED panel system; two large IMAG screens made with PRG Nocturne’s VR-7 7mm LED modules, and the video controls are one of the new PRG Nocturne HD Flypacks that use Grass Valley Karrera K-Frame S-series switcher, along with Grass Valley LDX Premiere advanced imaging camerasthat are paired with new Fujinon lenses.
