Lamp & Pencil was formed at the end of 2014 in response to the amount of requests that we were getting from people to make things!  Robin Barton (Lamp) brings the technical (some say geeky) aspects which are complemented by  the design bias of Tamsin Higgins (Pencil).

We have a small team supported by a trusted network of partners and suppliers who extend the skillset and facilities to allow us to work with many materials and across different design and engineering disciplines.  Whatever stage you are at, we can help.  Some people approach us with a idea or problem, others a partial or full solution – we do what you need us to.
