Joseph Martin is a student currently studying Lighting Design at the Royal Central School of Speech & Drama. He also currently works as a followspot operator for Heathers (The Other Palace) on the West End.

Over recent years he has gained a wealth of experience in lighting as a lighting designer for his school productions, and a variety of roles at local venues such as Stamford Arts Centre, Bourne Town Hall & Grantham Meres Leisure Centre. Through networking and showcasing his abilities Joseph has received opportunities for work experience with Les Miserables (Sondheim Theatre), Glastonbury Music Festival & White Light.

Joseph's passion drives him and he is always eager to learn new skills, receive advice from professionals & undertake any oppurtunities available to him.
